Pension Auto Enrolment
Make pensions feel like a benefit, not a burden.
Pension auto-enrolment isn’t optional - it’s a legal requirement for UK employers. But that doesn’t mean it has to be complicated. If you employ anyone aged 22 or over, earning at least £10,000 a year, you must automatically enrol them into a qualifying workplace pension scheme. You’re also responsible for making timely contributions, keeping accurate records, and communicating clearly with your team. It’s a lot to manage, but we make it simple.

Pension Auto Enrolment FAQs
Who needs to be auto-enrolled into a workplace pension?
Any employee aged between 22 and State Pension age, earning at least £10,000 per year and ordinarily working in the UK must be automatically enrolled by their employer.
Can employees opt out of auto enrolment?
Yes. Employees can opt out after being enrolled, but they must do so within a specific time frame. Employers must provide clear instructions on how to opt out and what it means for future contributions.
What happens if an employer doesn't comply?
Non-compliance can result in fines and enforcement action from The Pensions Regulator. Employers must meet their duties, keep records and re-enrol eligible staff every three years.
Is auto enrolment required for small businesses?
Yes. All UK employers, regardless of size, must comply with auto enrolment duties - even if they only employ one eligible person.
What is re-enrolment and when does it happen?
Re-enrolment is the process of assessing your workforce every three years to identify eligible employees who have previously opted out. Employers must re-enrol these staff and complete a re-declaration of compliance with The Pensions Regulator.
