Partner & Senior HR Consultant
Business partner, legal brain and the reason Altum HR exists. Starting Altum HR in 2014 after going solo as an HR Consultant and she’s been growing the business ever since. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, which pretty much means she can out-argue anyone and still make it sound polite.
Mark Broadstock

Mark works alongside Josephine, building Altum’s client base through strategic marketing and networking. Mark is the kind of boss who brings energy, optimism and the rare gift of turning a five-minute catch-up into a two-hour TED Talk and we love him for it!
Tara Phillips

Tara joined Altum in 2019, bringing with her a refreshingly unique career path - from the Ministry of Justice to corporate telecommunications and now to the heart of our HR team. With a CMI Level 7 in Strategic Leadership, CIPD Level 7 and deep expertise in mental health first aid, she’s the kind of consultant who blends technical know-how with genuine care.

Queen of positive energy and makes a brew so good it deserves a Michelin star. Since joining Altum HR in 2018, Michelle has combined her legal expertise (Bachelor of Laws), CIPD level 7 and CMI Level 7 in Strategic Leadership with a calm, empathetic style that builds confidence and trust with every client she supports.

Amy has a way of making people feel seen, supported and genuinely welcomed. She’s the mastermind behind our training that people actually enjoy, has hosted Altum’s first-ever webinar and is both MHFA qualified and CIPD Level 5 certified - proof of the care she puts into everything she does.

Chris swapped coaching in the gym for coaching people at work, joining Altum in 2023 after 15 years of running his own PT business. Now he’s both MHFA qualified and CIPD Level 5 certified and proving he’s got as much stamina in HR as he does on his lunchtime runs around Altrincham.
