Eligibility
The Altum HR Referral Scheme is open to existing, former, and non-Altum HR clients.
Participants must be UK residents aged 18 or over.
Referral Reward
Referrers are eligible for a reward of up to £500 per successful referral.
The final reward value will depend on the services purchased by the referred business.
Reward Calculation
Rewards are tiered and based on the value and type of services purchased by the referred client.
Specific reward amounts will be confirmed once the referred business has signed a contract with Altum HR.
Making a Referral
To make a valid referral, you must complete the referral form using your unique url.

Referrals submitted via other channels will not be eligible. Please contact us if you don’t have your unique url.
Only one reward will be paid per referred business.
If the same business is referred by multiple individuals, the reward will be granted to the first valid referral received.
Referral Conditions
Referrals will only be eligible if the referred business is not already in discussions with Altum HR, and is not an existing client.
Self-referrals (referring your own company or organisation) are not permitted.
To constitute a successful referral, the referred business must sign an agreement for at least one of Altum HR’s core HR and Employment Law services for a minimum contract term of 36 months.
Payment of Rewards
Rewards will be issued once the referred client has signed a contract and their services have commenced.
Rewards will be issued within 90 days of the contract being signed.There is no cash alternative. Altum HR reserves the right to replace the reward with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
Additional Terms
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
The referrer may be named in communication between Altum HR and the referred business.
Referral leads must convert into a signed client within 12 months of submission to qualify for a reward.
Any disputes regarding referral eligibility or rewards will be decided by Altum HR, and our decision is final.
Rewards should be declared in your annual tax return or as a benefit in kind where applicable.
If you believe you are owed a reward but have not received it, you must notify Altum HR by emailing referrals@altumhr.co.uk within 90 days of the referral submission. Claims made after this time will not be considered.
Right to Amend
Altum HR reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend this scheme at any time without prior notice.
