Intellectual Property Terms and Conditions

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

4. No Transfer of Rights

Downloading the Materials does not transfer any ownership rights to the User. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Materials remain with Altum HR.

5. Breach of Terms

If Altum HR determines, in its sole discretion, that the User has breached these Terms and Conditions, Altum HR reserves the right to terminate the User’s access to the Materials and seek any legal or equitable remedies available.

6. Limitation of Liability

Altum HR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Materials, even if Altum HR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Terms

Altum HR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. The User’s continued use of the Materials after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England & Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
