Wrapping Up 2025 with Altum HR

Giving Back with Mission Christmas

This December, instead of sending cards and gifts, we chose to support Cash for Kids – a charity close to our hearts. Our team made our annual visit to the Mission Christmas HQ, joining the incredible volunteers to sort and pack donations for children across Greater Manchester. It’s always one of the highlights of our year – a chance to give back, celebrate generosity and help make Christmas brighter for local families.

We’re also proud to support charities year-round with practical HR guidance, helping them focus on their essential work while we handle the people side.

Celebrating Our Employee of the Year

A huge congratulations to Amy, our 2025 Employee of the Year! Amy brings the best vibes to every single day – always thinking of others, supporting the team and showing up for our clients with positivity and care. Her energy lifts everyone around her and this recognition couldn’t be more deserved.

Growing Our Referral Partner Network

This year, we expanded our Referral Partner Network, offering up to £500 for every successful introduction to Altum HR. It’s a simple way for professionals to add value without taking on risk and for those who prefer, the reward can be donated to one of our chosen charities. It’s all about building meaningful connections and sharing the impact.
